SCDVA hosts Veterans Career Counseling Day and Virtual Career Fair!

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The SC Department of Veterans’ Affairs is hosting two events for veterans looking to continue a career of service.

The Veterans Career Counseling Day is Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Segra Park Club Lounge, 1640 Freed Street.

Veterans can receive personalized career counseling, resume assistance and insights into state employment opportunities.

On Wednesday, the Veterans Virtual Career Fair runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Veterans can explore career opportunities with more than 40 state agencies and institutions of higher education.
