Sumter County deputies searching for missing vulnerable adult

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Sumter County deputies are searching for a missing vulnerable adult who was last seen in the early morning hours on Wednesday, say deputies.

Deputies say 90-year-old John Ransom walked away from his home on Pisgah Road around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1.

Ransom suffers with severe dementia and has leg issues.

Also, he is without his medications.
