Lexington County man sentenced to 15 years in connection with assaulting former girlfriend
LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington County man has been sentenced for burglary, domestic violence and obstruction of justice.
Officials say on September 26, 57-year-old William Boone forced his way into his former girlfriend’s home and assaulted her.
Authorities say Boone hit the victim with a metal pipe and attempted to strike her with multiple objects around the house.
Boone has prior convictions for domestic violence that involve at least five different women.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
