SLED charges NC man with criminal sexual conduct with a minor

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has charged a 66-year-old North Carolina man with four charges, said SLED.

David Earl Culton was charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor (first degree) on Tuesday, November 4.

Culton is accused of committing sexual battery on a four-year-old child.

Agents said the victim was able to identify Culton during a photo line-up.

He was booked into the Kershaw County Detention Center.
