Date set for Alex Murdaugh appeal
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Supreme Court will hear the appeal of convicted murderer Alex Murdaugh on on February 11.
Murdaugh’s team believes he deserves a retrial based on part due to alleged misconduct by Former Colleton County Clerk of Court Becky Hill.
And the includes one of his admitted financial crimes in the original trial.
Murdaugh was convicted in the murders of his son Paul and wife Maggie in 2023.
