Man in custody following a Thanksgiving Day shooting, Richland County deputies say

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies say a man is in custody following a Thanksgiving Day shooting.

Investigators say Eulese Patterson is charged with murder in the death of 65-year-old Perry Richardson.

Officials say Richardson’s body was found in a car on Fairfield Road at 7:45 p.m. Thursday night.

Deputies say they are still working to determine the circumstances that lead up to the shooting.
