Orangeburg Sheriff announces reward for arrest of 2 murder suspects
ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell announced there is a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of two murder suspects.
Sheriff Ravenell says the reward is offered for information leading to the arrest of 18-year-old Anthony Fersner or 19-year-old Tristan Mack.
“The US Marshals Service has joined with us in the search for these two suspects. If anyone needs extra money for Christmas, now’s a chance,” the sheriff states.
The two men are wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a Mingo Street man who was identified as 21-year-old Kyree Walker.
Walker was shot in a drive-by shooting on November 17.
Witnesses to the incident said multiple shots were fired from a passing vehicle.
Derron Holloway and Jaden Ferguson, both 18 and both also of Orangeburg, have previously been charged with murder in connection to the case.
Fersner and Mack are to be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information on either of them are urged to call the US Marshals at 1-877-926-8332 or the Orangeburg County Communications Center at 803-534-3550.
