1 shot to death, 2 injured in Richland County

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Richland County officials have released the name of a man who was shot to death over the weekend.

Coroner Gary Watts says 39-year-old Luis Enrique Contreras-Teran of Columbia died at the scene of the shooting at a home near Richland Northeast High School early Saturday.

Sgt. Curtis Wilson says two other men had been beaten with a handgun.

Sheriff’s deputies say they are looking for two men and a woman in the shooting.
