Slump at the pump continues as holidays near

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The slump at the pump continues as we head into the holidays.

According to Gasbuddy.com, the average price of a gallon of gas in the Midlands is $2.49 a gallon, that is more than 12 cents lower than the previous week.

Officials say it is the fourth straight week gas prices have declined and the lowest seasonal gas prices in five years.
