Special election held to replace Former State Representative RJ May
LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A special election to replace Former State Representative RJ May began Tuesday, Dec. 23.
Republican John Lastinger faces Democrat Chuck Hightower for the vacant district 88 seat in Lexington County.
This comes after May resigned from office following his arrest for possessing child sexual abuse material.
Polls will be open until 7 p.m.
