Fairfield Co. Coroner releases name of person dead after fatal December collision

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Fairfield County Coroner Chris Hill has released the name of the person involved in a fatal December collision, says the coroner’s office.

According to Coroner Hill, 21-year-old Armanti Rice-Richmond of Winnsboro was a restrained passenger of a vehicle that was traveling south on Hwy 213.

The vehicle crossed the center line, over corrected and left the road way hitting a tree.

The collision continues to be investigated by the Fairfield County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol’s MAIT team.
