Driver flown to trauma center after morning collision

NEWBERRY COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Newberry Co. Sheriff’s Office says a driver was medevaced to a trauma center after an early Tuesday morning collision.

The motor vehicle collision happened on Tuesday, Dec. 30, on St. Luke’s Church Road early in the morning.

First responders from Prosperity-Stoney Hill Fire, Prosperity Rescue, Newberry County EMS, and the sheriff’s office responded to collision.

The SC Highway Patrol is investigating.
