RCSD searching for person accused of shoplifting at Ulta Beauty

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies are searching for a person accused of shoplifting at a local beauty store, say deputies.

The sheriff’s dept., says deputies are trying to identify an individual in connection with a shoplifting incident that happened on Dec. 4, at the Ulta Beauty on Forum Drive.
