Columbia holding youth baseball, softball expo

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department is holding a youth baseball and softball expo.

The expo on Saturday at Pinehurst Park features clinics, games, music and food. There will be boys youth baseball for ages 9-14, girls youth softball for ages 8-14 and City Sluggers instructional baseball for ages 4-8.

Registration is $25, and scholarships are available. Equipment will be provided by the department.
