COMET services suspended Sunday, Monday plans updated

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–  Officials with the COMET say their fixed route and DART service are suspended for Sunday.

Officials say the decision was made out of an abundance of caution due to winter weather and potentially hazardous conditions.

USC Transit powered by COMET is also suspended for Sunday.

There will be a 2-hour delay in services Monday.

The COMET is a service of the Central Midlands Regional Transit Authority and provides countywide public transit services
