ORANGEBURG CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Orangeburg Co. Sheriff’s Office says Neather Kelly was located.
“It is with the deepest sorrow we announce we have located Miss Kelly. Unfortunately, this outcome is not what we had hoped and prayed for. Please pray for this family,” states Sheriff Ravenell.

ORANGEBURG CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Orangeburg Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says deputies need your help to find a missing elderly woman.
Sheriff Ravenell said Neather Kelly, 94, of Rail Street in Bowman, was last seen late Sunday night.
According to investigators, Kelly’s vehicle was found abandoned in a ditch on the 700 block of Magnolia Street in Bowman. Deputies say they believe the vehicle went into the ditch between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
She is described as a black female standing about 5 foot 3 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds.
