COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– An Irmo man was arrested on two charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor.

Attorney General Alan Wilson says Samuel Gage Troutman, 18, of Irmo was arrested on two charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor.

A CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) led investigators to arrest Troutman on January 22, 2026.

Investigators state Troutman distributed and possessed files of child sexual abuse material.
