UPDATE: All lanes on South Lake Drive reopen after semi-truck overturned

LEXINGTON CO., S.C. (WOLO) — Lexington Police say the early morning wreck involving an overturned semi-truck and trailer on South Lake Drive/SC-6 at I-20 has been removed from the roadway and all lanes have reopened.
The collision was caused by the driver of the semi driving too fast for conditions, according to Lexington Police.

LEXINGTON CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Lexington Police say an overturned semi-truck and trailer has all inbound lanes blocked on South Lake Drive/SC-6 at I-20 this morning.
They say it happened before 6 a.m.
Police say all outbound lanes have reopened but the inbound lanes will stay closed for several more hours as crews remove the cargo from the overturned semi-trailer and load it onto an empty trailer.
Officers advise drivers to seek an alternate route until the road fully reopens.
They haven’t reported any injuries as of yet.
