NFL player visits students at former elementary school

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Some Midlands elementary school students had a very special visitor Wednesday.

On Feb. 18, New Orleans Saints Cornerback and Richland District One Alum Quincy Riley took time to speak with students at Meadow Field Elementary this morning.

Riley spoke with Tia Geiger’s 5th grade class about the importance of literacy and making positive choices.

Riley attended Meadow Field Elementary School, and was in Ms. Gieger’s class before attending Hand Middle School and AC Flora High School.
