Claude dethrones ChatGPT in app store

(CNN)– There’s a new Ai king among iPhone users.

Claude became the top downloaded app in Apple’s app store over the weekend.

It comes just after the Pentagon blacklisted Anthropic which makes Claude.

That’s because the company refused to agree to allow the Pentagon to use the tool for autonomous weapons or the surveillance of U.S. citizens.

The Ai tool has been a favorite in the tech world for some time due to its strong coding abilities.
