Person arrested in connection with 2025 drive-by shooting

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg Co. Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says someone that was wanted in connection with a 2025 drive-by shooting near Holly Hill has been arrested.

Sheriff Ravenell says 24-year-old Travon Little has been charged with murder, attempted murder, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection to the case.

Travon Little was taken into custody on Wednesday after investigators found information about his location.

He had been wanted in the fatal shooting death of 28-year-old Jordan Walters of Holly Hill, according to deputies.

Orangeburg County Sheriff’s investigators were called to a Gabby Hall Court location in October 2025 after a reported shooting.

Witnesses told investigators a white vehicle had fired at another vehicle after having driven past at a high rate of speed.

Walters who later die due to his injuries was wounded while being a passenger in the car.

Also, during Wednesday’s search for Little, Travis Watson, 42, was charged with obstruction of justice after attempting to mislead investigators.

“This case took uncovering several layers of obstruction to get to those involved. But those individuals attempting to mislead or obstruct our way were charged too,” the sheriff states.

Previous arrests in the case came in November 2025 when Abion Brown, 23, of Holly Hill, was charged with murder; and Joella James, 25, of Dorchester, was charged accessory after the fact of murder, tampering with evidence, and obstructing justice.
