Lexington County people arrested on child sexual abuse material charges

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says two people have been arrested on 9 charges in total.

Bazle Kenneth Hutto, 70, of Lexington, and Dalana Inez Suggs, 25, of Swansea were both arrested on 9 total charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.

Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department made the arrests in these unrelated cases.

Investigators state Hutto possessed files of child sexual abuse material, and Suggs distributed files of child sexual abuse material.

Hutto was arrested on April 7, 2026, and charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree (§16-15-410).

Suggs was arrested on April 8, 2026, and charged with six counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405).

Investigators say Hutto was previously convicted on similar charges in 2026.
