FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Residents in Fairfield County felt a shake according to the USGS who reports a Tuesday morning earthquake happened in the county.

U.S. Geological Survey say the earthquake happened around 5 in the morning Tuesday, April 21.
The 2.3 earthquake happened about 18 km NW of Winnsboro.
