Gov. McMaster orders flags be flown at half-staff in honor of Officer Carraway and others injured

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) – On Thursday morning, Governor Henry McMaster ordered the flags lowered in honor of Officer Terrence Carraway, and the other officers injured in Wednesday nights shooting.
