Man arrested for shooting incident

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A Dorchester County man is behind bars in connection to a shooting that happened in 2023, says FCSO.

Fairfield County deputies say the shooting happened on I-77.

38-year-old Gregory Walls has been charged with breach of peace of a high and aggravated nature and two counts of unlawful conduct toward a child.

Investigators say that Walls’ actions during the incident placed multiple individuals in danger including children who were present at the time.

He is currently being held at the Fairfield County Detention Center.
