Town of Irmo to hold public meeting with apartment developer

IRMO, S.C. (WOLO)– The ‘s Planning Commission invites all residents to a public Q&A session regarding the proposed Shady Grove Apartment complex.

Town officials say the developer, American Community Developers, Inc., will be present at the meeting to share project details and answer questions from the community.

The meeting will be on Monday, May 18, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Irmo Municipal Building on 7300 Woodrow Street (behind Irmo Town Hall).
