Deputies: 7 Year-Old Accidentally Shot, Killed

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)–Lexington County deputies say a 5-year old accidentally shot and killed a 7-year old and injured a 5-year old at a birthday party in Gaston Saturday. Investigators say the child accidentally grabbed a loaded rifle when he was looking to grab a toy gun stored in the trunk of a car. Deputies say the bullet struck the 7 year old girl in the chest and a 5 year old boy on the arm. Investigators say they have not determined yet if anyone will be charged.
