Bond Denied for W. Columbia Assault Suspect

West Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–A man accused of a recent break-in, assault, and shooting goes before a judge. Bond was denied Friday morning for Nathaniel Hunter. Investigators say early Saturday morning Hunter broke into a woman’s apartment on Comanchee trail in West Columbia. According to deputies, Hunter attempted to sexually assault the 28 year old woman and her 6 year old daughter. When the woman fought back, deputies say Hunter shot her several times in the upper body. At last check the woman was listed in critical, but stable condition.
