SLED: Kershaw Co. man charged with sexual exploitation of a minor

Kershaw Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Investigators with SLED say a Kershaw Co. man is accused of five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to an incident report, on June 7, 2025 Joshua Richardson used his cell phone to record the underage victim at his home in Lugoff.

Investigators say he was arrested on July 1st, 2026 and booked into the Kershaw Co. Detention center.
