Missing non-verbal autistic man found safe in Hartsville, say Kershaw County deputies

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Kershaw County deputies say Harper was found safe in Hartsville by the Hartsville Police Department.

Willie Lee Royale Harper, 28, went missing from 145 Pine Drive in Bethune.

Harper was reported missing Monday morning, July 6 around 4:25 a.m., and he was last seen around 11 p.m. on Sunday.

He was last seen wearing a brown shirt and tropical shorts or pants, said Kershaw Co. Sheriff’s Office.

Also, he is around 5’7 to 5’8 in height, and around 200 lbs.
