Columbia Fireflies baseball team visit patients at Prisma Children’s Hospital

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A group of visitors were a home-run with patients at Prisma Children’s Hospital this afternoon, July 20.

Members of the Columbia Fireflies baseball team took time to visit with patients and their families.

The players signed autographs and took pictures with the patients.

Players and patients say today’s visit really knocked it out of the park.

The Fireflies will host ‘Prisma Health Night’ on August 19 when they take on the Augusta Green Jackets.
