Help military children get a good start to the school year by donating back-to-school supplies

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — ABC Columbia’s Kelly Coakley talks with Jason Fowler of the South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs (SCDVA) about the agency’s statewide back-to-school drive to support military children.

The drive kicked off Monday, July 27, 2026, and will run through Friday Aug. 14, 2026.

SCDVA is teaming up with several agencies to host the drive to ensure military children have the school supplies they need when they return to class.
