West Columbia Police asking for public help finding teen

WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– West Columbia Police is asking for public help finding a teen who is reported as a runaway, say police.

Officers say 16 years-old Ally Franklin was reported as a runaway on Monday, August 17.

Franklin has dyed red/black hair and a slender build.
