LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington Police say all lanes of Columbia Avenue/US-378 have reopened and the collision has been cleared from the roadway.

The wreck was caused by a driver who failed to yield the right of way during a turn across opposing lanes, say police.
