JD Power’s best airports in North America list

(CNN)– Minneapolis-Saint Paul International is the best so-called “mega” airport in the U.S. and broader region, that’s according to JD Power’s 2026 North America Airport Satisfaction Study.

Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport takes second place, followed by Phoenix Sky Harbor International.

In the category of large airports, Tampa is the winner.

Charleston is on top among medium-size facilities.

The survey also shows overall airport satisfaction is on the rise.
