160K pounds of raw meat recalled

(CNN)– More than 160,000 pounds of raw meat has been recalled.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service calls the meat “unsafe to eat.”

The FSIS says the raw pork, beef, and goat products were sold with fake USDA labels and thus did not have proper agency inspection.

The products were produced by Star Meat but distributed by A&D Foods.

Officials say the fake inspection labels have the establishment number “EST 1363.”
