Deputies issue warrant for boyfriend in stabbing
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (AP) — Berkeley County deputies have issued a murder warrant for the boyfriend of a 60-year-old woman found stabbed to death in her Summerville home.
Investigators think 59-year-old Lee Bradley may still be driving his girlfriend’s Chevrolet Blazer, which was missing from her home. It is dark blue with a South Carolina license plate “EJV-919.”
Authorities say Frances Lawrence was found dead Friday morning. She had been stabbed once in the chest.
Deputies say Bradley has a history of criminal domestic violence.
Authorities were called Friday after Lawrence hadn’t shown up for work for several days.
