Sumter pedestrian fatally struck on West Liberty Street identified

SUMTER CO., S.C. (WOLO) – The Sumter County Coroner’s Office has identified a pedestrian who was struck and killed Saturday.

Coroner Robbie Baker identified the victim as Whittni Milhorn, 38, of Sumter County.

According to investigators, at 9:11 p.m., Milhorn was struck by a vehicle on West Liberty Street and Wedgefield Road.

The Coroner says an autopsy will be performed at the Medical University in Charleston today.

The Coroner’s Office and the Sumter Police Department are investigating.
