Deadly Tree Accident

(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C., — we now know the identity of a child who authorities tell us died during a church picnic Saturday. Richland County Coroner Gary Watts tells us 2 year old Jacoby Latta was with family and friends at the Irmo Community Park when a tree branch fell and struck him. Watts says the toddler later died. An autopsy shows the cause of death was the result of a head injury. (Source: Richland County Coroner)
