Ready-to-eat meat, poultry products recalled

(CNN)– Kayem Foods Inc. is recalling more than one-and-a-half million pounds of ready-to-eat food products.

It’s because the products may have been stored at unsafe temperatures.

The recall includes dozens of products sold under a variety of brand names nationwide.

The items include hot dogs, deli meats, cocktail franks, corned beef, bacon, chicken sausage and more.

The products were shipped to retail and food service locations around the country.

So far, there have been no confirmed reports of illness.
