RCSD: 3rd person arrested in connection with April Humphrey Drive murder
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Sheriff Leon Lott says another person has been arrested in connection with a Humphrey Drive murder.

Deputies say the murder happened on April 19, 2026, on Humphrey Drive.
Malik Ansaar was identified by investigators as the third suspect in the fatal shooting.
This morning, October 26, RCSD’s Fugitive Task Force located Ansaar traveling on Forest Drive and conducted a traffic stop.
Ansaar was taken into custody without incident, say deputies.
During an inventory of Ansaar’s vehicle, investigators located a stolen gun, according to RCSD.
He was taken to Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center and is charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a stolen handgun.
