Lexington Man Charged with Sexual Assault on 13 Yr. Old Girl

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)– Investigators with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department say 21 year old Luis Montiel was arrested Friday in Fort Worth, Texas. According to deputies, Montiel sexually assaulted a girl, who is now 13, several times at a home in Lexington County. After interviewing the victim’s mother, deputies determined Luis had fled to Fort Worth where he had relatives and friends. Montiel is currently detained in Fort Worth awaiting extradition to Lexington.
