Drill sergeant faces charges in vehicle death of two Fort Jackson Army trainees

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Nearly two years after a vehicle accident that killed two basic trainees and injured half a dozen others, the Army has moved forward with charges against the drill sergeant who was behind the wheel.
