Report: SC correctional officer arrested for slapping an inmate

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – South Carolina Department of Corrections Police Services has released a report about a Correctional Officer arrested for slapping an inmate.

Shataysha Quneeka Ocean was arrested for misconduct in office and assault and battery third degree at Evans Correctional Institution.

According to the report, Ocean slapped the inmate in April 2018.
