Protesters gather at the State House to call an end to the national emergency

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Not everyone thinks there’s a national emergency at the Southern border.

On Monday afternoon, dozens of protesters gathered at the State House to voice their concerns surrounding the President’s declaration.

Organizers are calling for an end to what they call a “fake emergency”, a racist wall and harmful deportation policies.
