Downey Leads Team To SC Pro Am Title

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Devan Downey has what Dabo Swinney wants — bragging rights in the state of South Carolina for the next year. Tuesday night the former Gamecock star led his team to a win in the championship game of the SC pro am summer league. Downey took over in midway through the 2nd half and helped his team win 113-100. The 4th leading scorer in USC hoops history scored 26 points in the game. Former A.C. Flora Matt Howard led all scorers with 34 points in a losing effort. Howard is a rising sophomore at Penn.
