Columbia, SC (WOLO)-A Crimestoppers tip leads Columbia Police to a marijuana grow inside of a chicken coop. 70-year-old Thomas Mcmillan has been charged with manufacturing marijuana. During a search… investigators seized four mature marijuana plants… between eight and ten feet tall, with an approximate street value of 30-thousand dollars. Officers also seized two high intensity grow lights… a shot gun… and a bag containing a green, leafy substance.
