SCHP Investigating Deadly Hit and Run
Saluda Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Highway Patrol investigators are looking for answers following a deadly hit and run. Troopers say at 11:20 Sunday night say a car struck and killed a pedestrian on Highway 23 near Duncan Rd. in Saluda County.
