Pedestrian killed in collision at Big Buck Boulevard in Orangeburg

(ABC Columbia/FILE) Pedestrian dies in collision on Big Buck Boulevard.

ORANGEBURG CO., S.C. (WOLO) – South Carolina Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was killed in a collision on Thursday.

The incident happened on Big Buck Boulevard around 9:05 p.m.

According to investigators, the pedestrian was crossing the road when the driver hit the victim.

Troopers say the pedestrian died on scene.

Highway Patrol is investigating this incident.
