Georgia’s Gurley Suspended Indefinitely

The University of Georgia suspended running back Todd Gurley Thursday amid an ongoing NCAA investigation. The University released this statement today: “I’m obviously very disappointed,” Georgia head coach Mark Richt said. “The important thing for our team is to turn all our attention toward preparation for Missouri.” Gurley led the SEC with 773 rushing yards and had scored eight touchdowns in the first five games for the Bulldogs.
